Boulder Party Bus & Group Transportation Services
Boulder group transportation is not one-size-fits-all. From airport transfers and wedding shuttles to bachelor and bachelorette parties, prom nights, corporate shuttles, school field trips, and sporting events — whatever brings your group to Boulder or out of it, a bus in the network is ready to go. Call 970-792-3820 to get your group moving!

Boulder Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Getting from Boulder to Denver International Airport (DIA) is one of those logistics problems that looks manageable until the morning of the flight. DIA is roughly 45 miles from downtown Boulder via US-36 East and E-470, and that drive can swing from 45 minutes to well over 90 depending on construction, weather, and the hour of day. Splitting a group across multiple rideshares on a dark early morning with checked luggage — and then each car hitting congestion on the US-36 corridor independently — is how flight connections get missed.
A Boulder airport shuttle through this website solves that entirely. One vehicle handles the whole group, luggage loads into the undercarriage bays, and the route runs on your timeline. For groups arriving at DIA, have everyone together and all bags collected before calling for the bus — charter bus and shuttle pickup is on Level 5, and confirming your exact door on the official DIA passenger pickup page before you land keeps things moving smoothly.
For a full planning guide on the DIA run from the Front Range, see the DIA group shuttle guide. Call 970-792-3820 to set up your Boulder airport transfer!

Boulder Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Boulder's combination of craft taprooms, Pearl Street cocktail bars, and rooftop dining makes it a natural pick for bachelor and bachelorette groups. The bar crawl circuit through The Hill and into downtown covers a lot of ground in one night, and after a few stops, figuring out who gets everyone safely back to the Airbnb on Mapleton Hill is its own production.
A Boulder bachelorette party bus rental keeps the whole crew together from the first pickup to the last stop. Start the evening at Mountain Sun Pub & Brewery (1535 Pearl St, Boulder, CO 80302) in downtown, work through the taprooms along the Pearl Street corridor, and carry the group out to Denver's RiNo district if the night calls for it — the bus runs on your schedule, not a rideshare surge. A 15- to 30-passenger party bus typically comes with a full bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound, so the energy builds the moment you board.
Call 970-792-3820 to plan your Boulder party night on the right ride!

Boulder Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Boulder birthday groups of every size use party buses to make the night feel like an event of its own. For Sweet 16 and Quinceañera celebrations, a party bus arrival at a venue is one of the most memorable entrances your group can plan — and you can request bus colors to match the party's theme. Popular venues include Chautauqua Community House (900 Baseline Rd, Boulder, CO 80302) for outdoor receptions with the Flatirons as a backdrop, along with private event venues scattered through downtown Boulder.
For adult milestone birthdays heading to cocktails at The Sink (1165 13th St, Boulder, CO 80302) — one of CU's most storied bar stops — or a long night in Denver's LoDo district, instead of asking guests to coordinate rideshares back across US-36 at 1 a.m., a Boulder birthday party bus rental keeps everyone together from the first stop to the last. Use the online quote tool to check availability and get a price estimate in seconds, or call 970-792-3820!

Boulder Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Boulder's concert calendar runs year-round, but the venues each come with their own parking headaches. The Fox Theatre (1135 13th St, Boulder, CO 80302) sits in The Hill neighborhood, where metered spots fill by 7 p.m. on show nights and the surrounding residential blocks are strictly permit-only. The Boulder Theater (2032 14th St, Boulder, CO 80302) is close to downtown, but parking a group's worth of cars near Pearl Street on a Friday or Saturday is a battle that rarely goes well.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre (18300 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465) draws groups from across Boulder and the entire Front Range — it is about 25 miles south of downtown Boulder. Lots open two hours before showtime and fill fast for major acts, and the post-show exit funnels thousands of cars onto a handful of canyon roads at once. A Boulder concert party bus gets your whole group there without the car-parking scramble and keeps the post-show ride home from turning into a two-hour sit.
Review the official Red Rocks parking information for your show date. Call 970-792-3820 to get started with your concert transportation!

Boulder Corporate Event Transportation
Boulder's tech and research economy keeps corporate events — company retreats, team-building days, conference shuttles — running year-round, and transportation is almost always the last thing to get sorted. The St. Julien Hotel & Spa (900 Walnut St, Boulder, CO 80302) and Hotel Boulderado (2115 13th St, Boulder, CO 80302) host major corporate functions regularly, and both sit close enough to downtown that guest parking on event nights is limited and competitive.
A charter bus or minibus rental found through this website handles the shuttle circuit cleanly. Whether you are running a loop between hotel blocks and a company dinner, moving a team from Boulder to a conference at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver (700 14th St, Denver, CO 80202) — roughly 30 miles on US-36 — or setting up a recurring employee shuttle for a tech campus off Arapahoe Avenue, the right vehicle is in the network. Compare options for your Boulder corporate event transportation and call 970-792-3820 to discuss group rates!

Boulder Private Event Transportation Services
Planning a large group outing in Boulder? A private charter bus, party bus, or minibus found through this website keeps your entire itinerary flowing — whether you are organizing a family reunion at Chautauqua Park, a company team-building day at one of the outdoor recreation areas near Flagstaff Mountain, or a group outing to the Colorado Shakespeare Festival at CU Boulder each summer.
Bolder Boulder — the Memorial Day 10K that brings 50,000 runners and enormous crowds into downtown Boulder each May — is one of the most logistically intense weekends on the city's calendar. Road closures around Canyon Boulevard, Broadway, and 30th Street go into effect early, rideshare pricing spikes, and parking in downtown becomes nearly impossible. A private charter bus picks your group up before the closures hit, drops you where you need to be, and stages while the city sorts itself out.
Review the Boulder private event transportation page for bus options and request a quick quote. Call 970-792-3820 for help planning your event!

Boulder Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Boulder — late April through May — is one of the highest-demand windows for party bus rentals across Boulder County and the northern Front Range. Boulder High School, Fairview High School, Monarch High School, and other local schools hold their events within a tight spring window, and demand spikes fast. For prom: book by January or expect peak-season rates and limited vehicle availability.
A typical 6-hour Boulder prom party bus rental for 20–30 students — pre-prom photos at Chautauqua Park, venue drop-off at a downtown Boulder hotel ballroom, and an after-party return — runs around $1,200–$1,800 all-inclusive when booked 4–6 months ahead, but $2,000–$2,800+ when booked last-minute — example pricing to give you an idea, not a locked-in quote. Fortcollinspartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare buses, confirm your pickup plan, and keep prom night moving on schedule with the right amenities. Compare multiple bus types side by side to find exactly what your group needs!

Boulder School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and administrators planning field trips in Boulder County will find this website fast and easy — one form lines up bus options and pricing in under 30 seconds, and help is available by phone to put together the right itinerary. The University of Colorado Natural History Museum (15th St and Broadway, Boulder, CO 80309), Fiske Planetarium (2414 Regent Dr, Boulder, CO 80309), and the National Center for Atmospheric Research (1850 Table Mesa Dr, Boulder, CO 80305) are three of the most popular field trip destinations in Boulder, and all three have limited day-of parking that turns coordinating a school group into a real logistical challenge.
A private bus through this network keeps the group together from school to venue and back. For longer runs — a day at Denver Zoo or the Denver Museum of Nature & Science — full-size charter buses with onboard restrooms keep the schedule moving without roadside stops. ADA-accessible buses are available through the network; just mention it when you request your quote.
Call 970-792-3820 to get started on your Boulder field trip transportation!

Boulder Sporting Event Transportation
CU Buffaloes fans know what game day looks like on the Boulder campus — Folsom Field seats more than 50,000, and the surrounding campus roads lock up well before kickoff. The university runs park-and-ride operations from satellite lots on game days, but post-game shuttle queues on a sellout Saturday can stretch 30–45 minutes. Rideshare pickup consolidates off campus with a real walk from the gates, and the US-36 corridor heading back toward Denver backs up fast after the final whistle.
A party bus or charter bus rental to a CU Buffs game changes the whole day. Your group boards together, the ride out builds the pregame energy, and the bus is staged and ready when the game ends — no shuttle line, no parking-lot sprint. The CU Events Center (1850 Folsom St, Boulder, CO 80309) hosts Buffs basketball, volleyball, and major indoor concerts with the same campus parking pressure — one coordinated bus arrival beats scattering everyone across campus lots.
Check out the Boulder sporting event transportation page and call 970-792-3820 to get started with your game day bus!

Boulder Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Weddings in Boulder have a way of spreading across multiple venues — ceremony at Chautauqua Community House, cocktail hour at a private foothills estate, reception at Hotel Boulderado — and getting guests between them without anyone getting lost on unmarked mountain roads after dark is a real planning concern. Boulder's proximity to mountain wedding venues along the Estes Park corridor means out-of-town guests face unfamiliar switchbacks on the way back to their hotel after the reception.
A Boulder wedding shuttle service through this website takes the logistics off your plate. A minibus or shuttle bus runs a clean loop from the hotel block to each venue, so no one in your wedding party has to navigate canyon roads or hunt for parking at Chautauqua, where the lot is small and fills fast on summer weekends. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural pick for the bridal party on the wedding day itself.
Call 970-792-3820 to get your Boulder wedding transportation sorted well in advance — peak wedding season runs May through October, and buses fill up fast.

Boulder Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Boulder's craft beer scene is one of the best in the state, and a brewery crawl through the city deserves a bus — not a sober volunteer navigating between taprooms all night. Avery Brewing Company (4910 Nautilus Ct, Boulder, CO 80301) is one of Colorado's most recognized craft brewers, with a taproom and full kitchen that handles groups well. Upslope Brewing Company's Lee Hill location in north Boulder is a favorite group stop, and the brewery corridor near Nautilus Court puts multiple taprooms within a short ride of each other.
Add Left Hand Brewing Company (1265 Boston Ave, Longmont, CO 80501) — just 15 miles north on US-287 — and you have a full-day itinerary that covers Boulder and Longmont without a single person worrying about the route between stops. A Boulder pub crawl party bus rental through this website keeps your group together at every stop, nobody plays navigator, and nobody misses a round. Call 970-792-3820 to put together your Boulder brewery bus today!

What is Fortcollinspartybuscompany.com?
Fortcollinspartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation. It connects you with transportation providers serving Boulder, letting you compare party bus, charter bus, and minibus rentals in Boulder through one online form — so you can weigh prices and options side by side and find what fits your group.
How does Fortcollinspartybuscompany.com work?

Compare pictures, amenities, and estimated prices in one place, then request a quote in under 30 seconds.
How much does a party bus cost in Boulder?
Boulder party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need the bus. To give you an idea: small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Does Fortcollinspartybuscompany.com own the vehicles listed on this website?
No. Fortcollinspartybuscompany.com does not own any of the vehicles listed on this website. This is a comparison and quote website that helps you find transportation providers serving the Boulder area. The goal is to make comparing your options fast and easy — not to operate vehicles directly.
What size party bus do I need for my Boulder group?
A 15- to 20-passenger party bus works well for smaller bachelorette parties, birthday groups, and tight friend groups. If your group runs 25–35 people, a mid-size party bus or minibus is the right fit. For large groups heading to a CU football game or corporate event, a 40–56 passenger charter bus gives you the most room and undercarriage storage for luggage or gear.
Not sure? Call 970-792-3820 to figure out the right size for your headcount.
When is the busiest time to rent a party bus in Boulder?
CU football Saturdays (September through November), prom season (late April through May), Bolder Boulder weekend (Memorial Day), and the holiday season (late November through New Year's) are the highest-demand windows in Boulder. Buses fill earliest on CU home football Saturdays and on Red Rocks show nights when a major act draws a regional crowd. If your date falls in any of those windows, the earlier you reach out, the better your vehicle selection and pricing.
Popular Boulder Party Bus Destinations
A Boulder party bus itinerary can cover Folsom Field tailgates, Pearl Street bar crawls, Chautauqua concerts, and mountain wedding venues all in a single day. Here are six of the most popular group stops — and what you actually need to know before your group arrives.

Folsom Field
Folsom Field (2400 Colorado Ave, Boulder, CO 80309) seats more than 50,000 and draws traffic from across the Front Range for CU Buffaloes football. Campus roads close in the hours surrounding kickoff, and the University Avenue and Colorado Avenue corridors back up well before game time. The university runs park-and-ride service from satellite lots on game days, but post-game shuttle queues can stretch 30–45 minutes on a sellout Saturday.
Rideshare pickup consolidates well off campus with a meaningful walk from the gates — not what you want at the end of a long game day. A charter bus stages in an assigned lot and has your group moving the moment you are ready. Confirm current bus parking assignments on the official CU Athletics page before game day.
Address: 2400 Colorado Ave, Boulder, CO 80309 Phone: (303) 492-7931

Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Red Rocks Amphitheatre (18300 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465) is about 25 miles south of downtown Boulder and is one of the most iconic outdoor concert venues in the country. Parking opens two hours before showtime across several numbered lots and fills fast for major acts. The post-show exit is one of the most congested situations in Colorado — thousands of cars funneling out of the canyon on US-40 and CO-93 at the same time.
A party bus from Boulder handles all of it: your group arrives together, uses the designated bus parking area, and leaves the moment the show ends instead of waiting out the lot crawl. Review current lot assignments on the official Red Rocks parking page before your date.
Address: 18300 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465 Phone: (720) 865-2494

Pearl Street Mall
Pearl Street Mall is Boulder's pedestrian corridor — the 11th-through-15th Street blocks are car-free year-round, lined with restaurants, cocktail bars, live music spots, and street performers that draw crowds every weekend. Downtown Boulder's parking garages fill on Friday and Saturday evenings, and the streets surrounding Pearl Street mix metered spaces — $2.00–$3.50 an hour, enforced 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays — with residential permit zones that catch out-of-towners off guard.
Groups trying to arrive in multiple cars and meet at a single bar on Pearl Street often split up before the night even begins. A minibus or party bus drops your crew right at the pedestrian entrance and picks everyone up at whatever hour the night ends. Downtown Boulder parking details are on the City of Boulder parking page.
Address: Pearl Street Mall, Boulder, CO 80302

Colorado Chautauqua
Colorado Chautauqua (900 Baseline Rd, Boulder, CO 80302) is a National Historic Landmark that serves as a concert venue, wedding and event space, and gateway to the Flatirons trail network. The auditorium hosts the Colorado Music Festival each summer, and the grounds draw big crowds for outdoor events through the warmer months. The Chautauqua parking lot is small and fills quickly during summer festivals — on Colorado Music Festival performance nights, the venue directs attendees to use a park-and-ride lot at Baseline Road and Broadway, which catches first-timers off guard every time.
A bus drops your group at the Baseline Road entrance and stages off-site, so nobody arrives late circling for a spot when the music starts. Confirm current parking guidance on the Chautauqua website before your event.
Address: 900 Baseline Rd, Boulder, CO 80302 Phone: (303) 442-3282

CU Events Center
The CU Events Center (1850 Folsom St, Boulder, CO 80309) is the main indoor arena on the University of Colorado campus, hosting Buffs basketball, volleyball, and major concerts. The arena seats around 11,000 and sits on a campus without a surplus of parking — the closest surface lots fill early on game nights and event evenings. Getting a group of 20 people into the CU campus and settled without losing half the night to a parking search is the kind of thing that only gets figured out the hard way the first time.
A charter bus or minibus handles the approach cleanly, drops your group near the Events Center entrance, and waits. Check CU Parking & Transportation for current event-day parking maps before your visit.
Address: 1850 Folsom St, Boulder, CO 80309 Phone: (303) 492-7931

Fox Theatre
The Fox Theatre (1135 13th St, Boulder, CO 80302) is a 600-capacity live music venue in the heart of The Hill neighborhood, one block south of Arapahoe Avenue. The Hill is dense with student housing, and street parking near the Fox on a show night is essentially nonexistent — the nearest structured parking sits several blocks away, and the residential permit zones on the surrounding blocks are aggressively enforced. Groups arriving in multiple cars almost always burn part of their night hunting for spots and then trickle into the venue at different times, missing the opener.
A party bus parks in a commercial staging area while your group is inside and picks everyone up at the curb when the show ends — so the night stays together from the first pickup to the last encore. Call 970-792-3820 to line up your Boulder concert transportation!
Address: 1135 13th St, Boulder, CO 80302 Phone: (303) 443-3399
